Jugla is a neighbourhood of Riga in Latvia located west of Lake Jugla. There are hotels and apartments, lake activities a fitness club and more. The Latvian Ethnographic Open-Air Museum is one of the oldest open air musuems in Europe and located on the banks of Lake Jugla.
