Tauranga Yacht and Power Boat Club
Tauranga Yacht and Power Boat Club in Tauranga, New Zealand, is a vibrant yacht club that endeavours to instil and promote exciting yacht racing and sailing, and unlike other yacht clubs, is a registered charity under the Charities Act (CC46505). The clubhouse has stunning views of Mount Maunganui, and its location is ideal for actively participting or being part of yacht racing and sailing. Our clubhouse is also a great venue for holding functions and events. Tauranga Yacht and Power Boat Club has a dedicated and enthusistic team of volunteers and qualified instructors who run various activities such as fun sail days, learn to sail, learn to windsurf and team racing for schools. Our courses or training programmes can be tailored to suit all ages and skill levels, and most weekends our club is bustling with racing, sailing lessons and boating activities, and after a strenuous day of good, healthy fun on the waters, head off to the Harbourside Restaurant for socializing and perhaps making new, like-minded friends.
