40 Mile Point Lighthouse
40 Mile Point Lighthouse is located in Presque Isle County's Lighthouse Park close to Rogers City, Michigan is open year-round from 8:00 a.m. to Sunset. This stunning attraction is open for tours and also has wonderful events of arts and craft weekends and more, and it's a fascinating history of shipwrecks where you can still see some of the wooden steamer Joseph S. Fay, lying up the beach a little ways. 40 Mile Point Lighthouse tower contains an active 4th Order Fresnel Lens most commonly used on the Great Lakes and is probably the third or fourth to be installed according to the log book, come visit this fascinating attraction.
