Tywyn is a Victorian resort in the heart of Cardigan Bay in the west coast of Mid Wales, famous as the home of the Talyllyn Railway. There's a good four miles of beautiful sandy beach, and surrounds of the green valleys and hills of Bro Dysynni in the Snowdonia National Park. Tywyn has many varied accommodation options to choose from including hotels, hostels, bed and breakfasts, holiday cottages and camping, and there are excellents restaurants, clubs and pubs in the area. Activities are many and include rock climbing, fishing, mountain biking, walking, surfing and more.
